Prince Harry and military operations [i.e. in Iraq etc]
The nation struggles with whether should Prince Harry be employed on Army operations or will he be a liability? Well this is purely a tactical decision - so not a case of if but how to employ an asset like Harry. It reminds me of the use of fainting goats by herdsmen to protect flocks of sheep from wolves (or something). Anyway, when the wolves appear the goat faints and the sheep run off - saved. Harry then needs to be stationed at high value targets that we cannot afford to lose. The enemy will try to have a go and the protection he attracts will (inadvertently perhaps) also protect the target: as a last resort he could be used as a decoy to draw fire. It might also lure celebrity obsessed baddies into taking unnecessary risks like asking for autographs. On the up side for Harry this offers endless opportunities for heroism if he pulls it off. Come to think of it stationing other Royals at other similar locations sounds a potential winner.
