Mobile phones and too many other laws

Ok - what we really need in this country is fewer laws not more. A good (in the pathetic line) example is this mobile phone law which is as undesirable as it is unenforceable. What's going on with the thought "why don't you catch some real criminals" police these days - using speed enforcement cameras (revenue raising cameras) to ping illicit mobile phone users (to raise even more £££). And it's just promoting a new sort of road rage - yet another thing for the self righteous to shake their fists about. Make a stand against silly new laws - if we all do it, refuse to pay and it'll cost them more than they get in. That's my view.
